Swimming against the current after a big favorite week is often the way to go in the NFL.  With every NFL favorite winning straight up last weekend, and a very productive week for favorites against the spread as well, it might be a real good Sunday to zig while others zag.

The Hilton contest provides a good barometer of public opinion. Wrongly considered to be a field of sharks, all it takes is $1500 and a dream to enter the Hilton NFL Contest in Vegas.   The contest field is just about as square as any other group of a few hundred NFL fans and it is often productive to go against them when they all line up on the same side.

So it is worth noting that 133 contestants have the New York Jets as one of their top five plays of the weekend, while only 49 like the Dolphins.  The Jets are giving up more than a TD per game more than the Dolphins and Miami played a much better game than the final score indicated in their 10-point loss in New England last week.

It might be a good time for sharks to go against the current in that game, especially since you can play it at Pinnacle Sportsbook or Cascade Sportsbook with low juice, and have the option to play Miami at +3 at both shops.

Good luck on Sunday ... - the Sportsbook Shark.
